On matters ranging from due diligence to portfolio company performance improvement, Adam has served five of the largest U.S. private equity firms. In one case, Adam led a series of projects to increase customer lifetime value at a U.S. wireless telco owned by two PE firms, working on customer acquisition and retention levers in parallel. The telco was acquired within a year of this work, producing a $1.3 billion profit for the owners.
